What do you bring to the SAILS Washington team?

I am passionate about helping SAILS Washington succeed so that we can help people achieve their full potential. I seek to improve the quality of the services we provide so that our employees are more productive and our clients are happier. As Compliance Director, I also guide the SAILS Washington team to provide services to our clients that meet legal and ethical standards.

What are you professionally proud of?

There is such a need for the services that we provide. It makes such a difference in our clients' lives. I am honored to have played a role as a member of the SAILS Washington team in expanding our service lines and the areas that we provide service so that we can help more people.

Who are you when you are not working?

I enjoy playing with my grandkids, traveling, biking, reading, and engaging in personal development.
