What do you bring to the SAILS Washington team?

I am passionate about helping SAILS Washington succeed so that we can help people achieve their full potential. I seek to improve the quality of the services we provide so that our employees are more productive and our clients are happier.

What are you professionally proud of?

I love being able to support our clients because there is such a need for that support. Getting to see how our team works with our individuals and how we get to bring a smile to their face and support them learn and grow is probably the best job there is. I am very grateful to have been in this field for 8 years and get the opportunity to learn more every day about how we can support our individuals and team better.

Who are you when you are not working?

I enjoy cooking new recipes, baking bread, kayaking, camping, hiking, reading new books, hanging out with my cats, living life with my fiancé, and doing photography.
